It does exactly what an Aston should, be strikingly beautiful, comfortable, luxurious and a ferocious machine on a winding road. MODEL HISTORY
Unveiled in 2018 as the successor to the Vanquish S, the DBS Superleggera reintroduced two legendary Aston Martin names: DBS (1967) and Superleggera (“super-light” in Italian). Built on the bonded-aluminium platform shared with the DB11 and hand-finished at Gaydon, it married a front-mid-mounted 5.2-litre twin-turbo V12 to a rear transaxle, producing 533 kW and 900 Nm – the most ever for a series-production Aston Martin at launch.
Featuring extensive carbon-fibre bodywork, active aerodynamics, and a chassis tuned for long-distance precision, the DBS Superleggera offered the performance of an Italian supercar with the elegance of a British GT.
FINAL SUMMARY
This 2019 DBS Superleggera encapsulates Aston Martin’s philosophy of Power, Beauty and Soul. Presented in Xenon Grey over Red Oxide leather, it blends luxury craftsmanship with extraordinary V12 performance. Having travelled only 12,226 km and maintained under Aston Martin care, it remains an investment-grade example of the brand’s flagship GT.
With its tasteful specification, bronze detailing, and unmarked presentation, this Superleggera offers a rare opportunity to acquire a low-kilometre, Australian-delivered example of Aston Martin’s most powerful series-production car of its era.
