The successor to the stunning F12berlinetta, the 812 received an updated (capacity and output) 6.5 litre V12 engine (588kw in the new money), which at the time was the world’s most powerful naturally aspirated production car power-plant. With the F12 being the last Pininfarina penned Ferrari V12 tourer, the 812 was the first of its kind developed ‘in-house’ by the Ferrari Styling Centre. As the nomenclature suggests, this is an 800 (8..) horsepower V12 (.12) Ferrari, that is, super-fast.
